What is cash-pay telehealth?
Pura Vida Telehealth and Wellness is a self-pay practice and does not bill insurance. We provide convenient virtual care with transparent pricing and no insurance authorization required. HSA and FSA payments are accepted for eligible services. Payment is due at the time of service.
How do I refill prescriptions?
Prescription refills may be provided when medically appropriate following a telehealth evaluation. Some medications may require additional evaluation, laboratory testing, or follow-up before a refill can be issued. Pura Vida Telehealth does not prescribe controlled substances.
How do I schedule a visit?

What services are covered?
Pura Vida Telehealth provides virtual care for appropriate non-emergency health concerns, including adult acute care, pediatric sick visits, wellness services, and weight-management support. Some conditions require laboratory testing or an in-person evaluation and may not be appropriate for telehealth.
